Your Account / Recent Purchase FAQ

I just subscribed to the service, but I don’t know my account number.

We do not assign account numbers to our members. Your Username, Email and Password are used to identify you in our system. An account number is not needed to login to the Members Area.

I just purchased and did not receive a receipt.

You may find all invoices located on your personal PCT Account as well, please log into your account and click on “my account” and scroll to “my invoices”. Here you will find all open and closed balances.

I need a print out of all that I purchased for my personal taxes.

Please refer to your personal PCT Account, click on “my account” and scroll to “my invoices” for all open and closed balances.

I have Trading Club Credits, how do I use these for an upcoming order.

Please email us before placing any order using your Trading Club Credits as we will have to manually place this order for you in order to receive your Club Credits discounted rate.

If I cancel my Trading Club Membership will I lose access to my account and not be able to use my courses?

No, you will only use the tabs associated with the Trading Club, these tabs will be marked “Trading Room”, “Trading Club” & “Daily After Market”.

Am I currently enrolled in a subscription?

You may view this information on your personal PCT Account, please click on the left hand side “my account “ and scroll down to “subscriptions”.

Please note: If you have received a free trial, this is not a subscription until after the 30 days (if not cancelled before the 30 days) this will show in the “invoices” section of your personal PCT Account along with the start date of your Free Trial.  A Subscription will only start after 30 days of this date.

I just made a course purchase and the tab is on my account but there is nothing on the page.

Please note, if you purchased a course which is a Live Course, the videos and any handouts will be posted to your account after the live course has been held.  If you have made a purchase and do not show the tab added, please email us at support@powercycletrading.com or help@powercycletrading.com.

My Username and Password is not working.

Check to make sure you are typing your password in correctly; it is case sensitive.

How do I change my Username and Password?

You can change your Password in your profile settings found on the Members Area home page. Your Username can only be changed by contacting support@powercycletrading.com

Is there a time limit to view Larry’s Course and/or workshop after I purchase?

No, the courses & workshops are a one-time fee and available to indefinitely

Mr. Gaines has an upcoming Live Workshop, if I purchase and am unable to attend the live dates will this be recorded?

Yes, if you have purchased a Live Workshop, it will be available for purchase and will also be recorded and posted to your personal PCT Account after the recording has been finalized.  This will normally be posted to your Account within 72 hours of the Live Session.   Your Handouts etc. . will also be posted at this time.
